How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm | Senior Graphic Designer

Inc5000 company serving 500+ small law firms nationwide. How To Manage a Small Law Firm is a leading provider of outside Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services exclusively for small law firms.

  • Collaborated with leadership and staff throughout the different marketing campaigns and provided strategic ideas related to its creative development.
  • Mentored junior designers and gave art direction to ensure optimal quality and accuracy of each design.
  • Created a wide range of marketing, promotional and sales materials for landing pages, digital ads, conference related assets, email campaigns, lead magnets, presentations, reports, branded merchandise, packaging, videos and more.
  • Received training and developed email marketing campaigns and automations in Active Campaign.
  • Monitored the performance of the digital ads, landing pages, lead magnets and emails. Some highlights:
    • Earned a 21% conversion rate from creating a lead magnet landing page.
    • Generated over 4,000 leads through digital ads during Q1-Q2, 2022.
    • Built a lead nurture campaign using a webinar as the lead magnet, which contained Facebook ads, landing pages and emails, that resulted in 105 prospects.
    • Overall 2021 marketing initiatives resulted in a 34% increase of new members gained from the previous year.

eXp Realty | Production Designer

eXp Realty is a global real estate brokerage that uses a  3D, fully-immersive, cloud office environment and serves a community of over 80,000 real estate professionals worldwide.

  • Directed and created all print and digital materials across the organization.
  • Led the creative for eXp Realty’s 2021 rebrand which included designing a logo, brand pattern, brand guidelines book, and 50+ sub-branded logos.
  • Provided direction and support for updating all assets onto the new brand system.
  • Was responsible for the creative planning and art execution of eXp’s nationwide events for all materials, which included exhibition booths and displays, promotional media, presentations, swag items, agendas, badges and more.
  • Produced media assets across all channels for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Created custom branded merchandise and apparel for eXp’s E-commerce website along with supporting assets such as promotional ads and web banners.

Hearst Television | Graphic Designer
May 2014 – Nov 2017
Hearst Television, a subsidiary of Hearst, owns and operates local television and radio stations serving 26 media markets across 39 states reaching over 21 million U.S. television households. 

  • Created daily high volume news graphics for all of Hearst Television’s news stations.
  • Developed custom 2D and 3D animations used for the news and promotions.
  • Worked with existing HTV graphics templates.
  • Collaborated with news directors, managers and producers on graphic requests.
  • Conceptualized and developed a ratings template to be used across all 26 markets, which ensured a yearly savings of at least $50,000 in production costs.

TheHomeMag | Senior Graphic Designer
Oct 2013 – May 2014
America’s #1 Home Improvement Magazine with publications in 50+ US markets and mailing over 80M magazines annually.

  • Responsible for the full artistic layout of the monthly magazine delivered to over 4,000 customers residing in Central Florida.
  • Shot and edited photography for publications as needed. 
  • Designed and assembled lead-generating ads, Call-To-Action advertisements, newsletters and flyers that required working directly with clients and/or account executives.
  • Created and maintained client’s ad pages on TheHomeMag’s mobile app.
  • Responsible for emailing advertisement proofs to clients.
  • Reported data for monthly production.
